heyooooo soooo ice scream is my favorite food. here's some ways to make it your body's favorite food too.
first make a base, then add yo flavors
base:
1/2 can full fat coconut milk ice cubes or almond milk
(buy it in a can, pour it into an ice tray)
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or 3 dates)
*amounts can vary depending on your needs*
mint chocolate chip
lots of mint leaves
handful of spinach (you won't taste it! just for color)
2 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate
salted caramel
3 dates
1 tsp vanilla
sprinkle of himalayan pink salt
1 big blob of nut butter
chocolate chocolate chocolate
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
option: chocolate protein powder
