Ingredients:

1 cup of cauliflower rice

2 cups spinach

½ cup chopped carrots

½ cup chopped mushroom

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ avocado

graded ginger

1 minced garlic clove

2 tbsp. sesame ginger sauce (whole foods)

 

Put everything into a hot skillet and mix it around until you’re like yeah that looks nice. I typically add the mushrooms and onions first because I like em crisp. Add spinach and sauce last. Mix it with some raw spinach if you’re feeling that vibe.
