KALE!!!! The epitome of health. Kale yeah. Long story short, kale is good for you in just about every way. But be careful when you eat it. Gives you the toots.

Kale is more densely packed with calcium and protein than milk AND meat!! Protein in a leafy green?!!! That's right people!! Not to mention it's much more absorbable! Okay so you would have to eat a lot of eat to get the same amount, but a pound of milk vs. a pound of kale, kale is the winner. GO KALE.

It's the best anti-inflammatory out there, full of helpful antioxidants, capable of completely detoxing your body, and make you just scream I'M HEALTHY. Kale is also fairly easy to sneak into your every day diet. Blend it. Cook it. Munch it. Drink it.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Plop some kale on a baking sheet. Put it in the oven and cook for 6-8 minutes (unless you have a dehydrator. Then use that. It will preserve the vitamins and minerals by keeping it raw).. I like the kale plain and simple. BUT if you're a spice girl then spice it up girl!!! Dress your kale up before you put it in the oven with a dash of melted coconut oil to make it stick. Blend spices with 1/4 cup of raw cashews in a food processor for a smooth drizzle if you'd like.
