bean burgers

ingredient:

1 cup black beans (or any kind for that matter) 

1 cup oats

1/4 chopped onion

1 garlic clove

sprinkle of cumin, salt, pepper, and any other seasoning

chopped parsley 

Directions: 

blend up those guys and then make some patties. refrigerate them for 30 minutes and then bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. option to cook them in a skillet on each side until done. 

toast ezekiel bun and 

top with condiments:

avocado, tomatoes, spinach, nut cheese, tahini, nutritional yeast
