OATS. OMG love the oaties!!! respect the oaties!!! I'm eating some oats right now. 

These guys are super nutrient dense and perfectly satiating. Oats are full of…carbs, yes. BUT the good carbs!! Oats are a complex carb (the ones we like). Oats are hulled so the bran and germ remain intact. They’re packed with soluble fiber and nutrients that your body will eat up (manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron). 

Don't be a afraid of eating you wheaties (no, they won't make you gain weight). Your body will digest these like a power house. Up your fiber game by eating a serving of oats everyday. Truly a breakfast of champions. Or a snack of champions. Oats=champions. 

You can eat oats in all sorts of ways. Overnight oats are awesome because they’re raw and you can add anything you want to them. I always have a serving of overnight oats ready for the morning before and or after a run. It's nice to have something cold instead of the ole regular warm oatmeal. You can have em thicc or add some more liquid if you prefer a lil more room. But if you're not into the overnight oats, you can blend them up and make pancakes! cookies! balls! smoothies! With oats, the possibilities are endless. By combining oats with other ingreadients, you can pack in all sorts of nutrients in one serving. Fats, carbs, protein, have it all. Yeah! Go oats!
