recipe 1

mac and cheese

banza chickpea pasta (or other trusted brands)

rolled oats

sauce: 

1/2 cup soaked cashews

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 garlic clove or garlic powder

little bit of onion if you desire

plant milk to soften (unsweetened regular)

pink salt  

 

...blend ingredients until consistent, put in a sauce pan and cook on low heat. mix with pasta.

Option: put into a pan and put oats on top like bread crumbs. bake for about 10 minutes at 350

 

 

 

recipe 2 

1 spaghetti squash

1/2 avocado

sprouts

Engine 2 marinara sauce

basil 

 

...bake spaghetti squash in microwave or oven. eat with squash as bowl (fun) or put in your own bowl. add avocado and sprouts on top. dress with sauce and basil
