honey vanilla

1/2 cup oats

1 cup nutmilk (unsweetened vanilla)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp raw honey

1 tsp vanilla extract 

 

 

 

overnight oats

before you go to bed, mix ingredients in a mason jar. eat in the morn :D

1/2 cup oats

1 cup nutmilk (chocolate flavored optional)

1 tbsp cacao powder (not coco)

1 tbsp cacao nibs

5 rasberries 

1 tbsp goji berries 

1 mashed date

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup oats

1 cup nutmilk

1/4 cup chopped almond

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp cacao powder (or protein powder)

1 tbsp hemp seeds 

1/2 mashed banana 

1/2 tbsp pb2 powder
