get it bc cauliflower gives you power
ingredients
1 cup cauliflower rice
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 avocado
graded ginger
2 tbsp sesame ginger sauce (whole foods)
Directions
put everything into a hot skillet and mix it around until you're like yeah that looks nice. I typically add mushrooms and onions first because raw mushrooms and onion are #gross so I like em crisp. they also release some good flava. Add spinach and sauce last. Mix it with some raw spinach to make sure you get those enzymes and raw nutrients :D
Option to add protein source (tempeh is good with this guy)
