Whatever your excuse is, make some stinkin pancakes. But make some that are still going to fuel your day. Don't compromise! Eat your pancakes, feel awesome, and freaking win the day. breakfast of CHAMPIONS.
get in the kitchen
You can truly customize your pancakes to fit your tastebuds. Here's a usual attempt:
1 cup rolled oats
1 ripe mashed banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
cinnamon and salt to taste
splash of almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extracts
1 tsp baking soda
soooooooooooooo
just combine all those puppies and cook them up on a skillet with some coconut oil so it doesn't stick to the pan. You can blend the oats to make oat flour if you want less texture. Or you can plop them on a skillet as is if you're lazy like me. Top your cakes with some berries, peanut butter, and yoghurt and have a beautiful day. peace and blessings.
