ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup maple syrup 

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/4 coconut flakes

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup mulberries

1/4 cup goji berries 

 

Directions: 

1. preheat oven to 350

2. combine oats, maple syrup (or honey), chia seeds, nuts in mixing bowl

3. cook for 10 minutes

4. take out, mix it around

OPTION: add 2 tbsp of peanut butter and a few squirts of honey honey to make it CHUNKY and mix

5. add coconut flakes and berries to mix

6. cook for 3 more minutes

7. MUNCH
